Built in 1700 and overlooking the pier this family-run hotel is close to the town centre, the bus and train stations, golf, fishing, and is 8 miles from Dover ferry port.
Ken or Lynn will welcome you into their cosy, period hotel with helpful, friendly staff willing to help. Single, double, triple and family rooms are available, some of which are en suite. Lord Nelson’s flag officers stayed here in the late 1700s.
The lounge and some of the rooms have wonderful sea views. A restaurant and bar feature a varied menu of seafood and traditional dishes, served in a friendly, family atmosphere.

By Car
From London or the South:
- The M20/A2 or M2/A2 will take you to the A258 and then straight into Deal.
- Follow the sea road and the hotel is just past the roundabout on the left, almost opposite the pier.
By Public Transport:
The hotel is within easy walking distance from both the coach and train stations.
